Jamie Kerr is a Personal Trainer, Health and Fitness coach operating throughout Shoreditch, Islington, Kensington, Liverpool Street and Chelsea. Our sessions are tailored to your needs and can be done in your home, local park or at one of our exclusive studios in Shoreditch and Kensington.
A keen sportsman himself, he understands the core necessity and mechanics of fitness. As a former serving member in the British Army 4th Battalion Parachute Regiment, Jamie regularly went on exercise throughout the world and raced in the Army Infantry Ski Championships for the battalion. Jamie's time in the regiment taught him to push your body to the limits and to inspire the mental toughness necessary to overcome obstacles.
He believes that functional training, clean nutrition and a positive mindset are the tools you need. We all have the ability to change our lives for the better, today.

Jamie a cycle instructor at Shoreditch House, a private members club in East London, has been trained by one of New York’s fasting growing indoor cycling company Flywheel. This has given him extensive knowledge and experience, to fully understand how to get the best out of your body whilst enjoying the whole fitness experience.
